How we handle your matter
We start by reviewing your citizenship, current residence basis, purpose of stay and documents. We agree the scope, fees, any power of attorney and the involvement of authorised professionals before work starts. Court representation and regulated tax advice are agreed separately with an appropriately authorised professional. Decisions are made by the competent authority; we do not guarantee a permit or a processing time.
A residence permit, a residence card and tax residence are different matters. A Polish EU long-term resident permit does not automatically authorise residence or work in another EU country. We assess cross-border relocation documentation individually and agree any foreign-law assistance separately.
What to prepare for the first contact
For the initial enquiry, give your citizenship, purpose of stay, general type of current document and its expiry date. Do not attach or enter passport scans, PESEL numbers or document numbers. We will agree a secure way to share case documents.
